Virginia Lottery for the provision of new lottery technology and services,

Virginia Lottery will receive components of IGTs Aurora platform.
Aurora Open Retail (f/k/a NEOS), a new retail solution software architecture,
will enable the Lottery to support multiple types of retailer solution devices
in an efficient manner, improving time to market. The Aurora Lottery Services
Portal, a robust, interactive website, will provide the tools independent and
corporate retailers need to successfully start, manage, and grow their lottery
business without being tied to a lottery terminal. In addition, the Lottery
will receive Aurora Navigator (f/k/a NVISION) back-office applications for
lottery personnel who will have the ability to customize the look and feel
of the interface to meet their exact

receive 5,500 Altura Flex draw-based lottery terminals which feature a
highly-configurable platform derived from IGTs Altura GT1200 product, and
a smaller footprint.
The Aurora MultiMedia digital
advertising display solution will be provided to stimulate increased brand
awareness, winner awareness, and player recognition of jackpots and game
activities, directly at the point-of-sale, as well as Ticket-Scan Plus
self-service ticket checkers for players.
Additionally, the Gemini
Touch, IGTs new self-service lottery vending machine, provides fully
customizable screens and supports up to 28 instant-ticket games and a
configurable number of draw games.
The communications network will be
upgraded utilizing next-generation satellite technology.

Renews Contract in Minas Gerais, Brazil
ATHENS, Greece (March 30, 2016) --
INTRALOT Group announces that its subsidiary, INTRALOT do Brasil, has signed a
six-year renewal contract to continue to operate the lottery games in the State
of Minas Gerais in Brazil. The renewal contract follows an initial successful
six-year operation contract signed between the two parties that has become a
major funding source for social policy, education and health care initiatives
in the district. INTRALOT deployed more than 2,500 of its proprietary terminals
in this period and established 1,700 Points of Sales statewide.
Currently, INTRALOT offers five
games (Keno, Multiplix, Minas 5, Lotomias and Totolot). In the new
contract period it is expected to expand even further its gaming portfolio
adding Virtual Games initially in 400 points of sales, as well as alternative

Lotto24 is on Track for Success

2015 was a successful year for Lotto24 AG, Germany's leading provider of
state-licensed lotteries via the Internet. The annual financial report,
published today, confirms the KPIs reported preliminarily in January. Billings
and revenues both increased in 2015: by 67% from EUR 81.7 million to EUR 136.3
million and by 75% from EUR 7.7 million to EUR 13.5 million, respectively. At
the same time, the gross margin improved from 9.5% to 9.9%.
With this growth, Lotto24 increased
the market share from 21% in the previous year to 26%. According to information
released by the German Lottery Association ("Deutscher Lottoverband"), online
sales of the 16 state lottery companies and private brokers grew from EUR 390
million in 2014 to around EUR 520 million in 2015 and thus accounted for 7% of
total German lottery sales in 2015 (prior year: 6%).

celebrated a second-tier prize winner, Luis Rivas, from Port Chester, New York
as he purchased the winning ticket from Shoppers Express, 525 Avenel St.,
Avenel in Middlesex County.
New Jersey had another top-tier win
from the July 27, 2015 drawing which was claimed by Lundavra, LLC, of Bergen
County, owned by Julie Tung. The year ended with an incredible string of New
Jersey successes with winning tickets sold for the Dec. 10 (second-tier), Dec.
24 (top-tier), Dec. 31 (second-tier) draws.
Then, the New Year came charging in
with a top-tier win on Jan. 21, 2016 followed by two second-tier prizewinning
tickets being sold, one in New Jersey and the other in Pennsylvania from the
Feb. 18 drawing. Again, on Feb. 22, two more second-tier prizewinning tickets
were sold in New Jersey and in New York. All of the 2016 tickets remain
unclaimed as of this writing.
We were fortunate to meet our Dec.
10 winner, Rosa Delon, a beautician from Passaic in Passaic County. She claimed
her second-tier prize in January. She discovered that she was the big winner
when she went to her retailer, Luigis Liquors, 175 Jefferson St.,
Passaic, to buy her weekly games. While she was there, the store owner checked
the ticket and, I saw the machine doing something, Delon said. The
first thing that Delon said that she will do with the winnings is to write a
$10,000 check to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. In addition, she
will buy a house and help her family financially.
We were also fortunate to meet Wade
Boyle and Kathryn Soistmann, owners of the Soaring Birdhouse, LLC of Camden
County, who claimed the top-prize from the Dec. 24 drawing. Mr. Boyle purchased
his ticket on Christmas Eve but hadnt check the numbers until the
Boyle self-checked the ticket and
received the See Clerk message on the machine. We met the winners
at the end of January at headquarters. They told us that they have six
grandchildren between them and aside from paying their own bills, they will
help their families. An Alaskan land and sea vacation also appears to be on the
horizon for the couple.
Boyle has been playing the Lottery
since it began in 1970. When the CASH4LIFE game was launched, he liked the

Edward Harley from Randolph, N.J. in

Liquors of Rockaway, 439 Route 46 East, Dover in Morris County is Harleys
lucky location but not his typical lottery stop. While he was in the store, he
decided to add a ticket to his purchase. It was fate, Harley
said. For now, he is still planning on how he will spend the cash but said,
I am going to keep on playing.
The lucky Lottery retailers that
sold these winning tickets also benefit. For selling a top-prize winning ticket
they each receive a $30,000 bonus commission and for selling a second-tier
prize winning ticket they each receive a $10,000 bonus commission.

contracts for its joint venture with Heilongjiang Sports Bureau ("HSB") for

HSB, Longti, has secured an exclusive service agreement to operate sports
lottery scratchcard sales across Heilongjiang Province. Under the agreement,
Longti has full responsibility for all marketing and promotion of this key
lottery product, sales of which totalled RMB 635m (GBP70m) in 2015, and it will
receive both a marketing fee and share of revenues for its services. A further
initiative to develop and launch online sales of physical scratchcards is
already underway. The incremental revenue generated from scratchcard activity
in Heilongjiang is expected to be substantial in the current financial
