The campaign is primarily intended to draw attention to issues such as addiction, financial problems or social isolation that result from the excessive use of gambling among children and adolescents. The action is aimed at 7th and 8th grade students of primary schools and secondary school students. Its recipients are also parents and teachers.

Gambling is especially dangerous for young people

Unaware of the dangers, young people treat online gambling as an innocent form of entertainment.

The organizers of illegal online casinos often offer new players the opportunity to play for free, which in turn makes them addicted to gambling for money. It is also common to offer rewards in the form of virtual chips. Players can use them during subsequent games. The websites offer roulette and poker, and the colorful graphics with realistic sound and picture are very attractive to young people.

The player’s emotions related to competition are also important. All this makes online gambling, even without money, addictive and exciting.
