Lotería de Río Negro Passes Audit and Maintains Its Certification

RÍO NEGRO, Argentina (September 10, 2021) — This week the Rio Negro Lottery control audit of the Reference Certification No. 19 was carried out, which the body obtained last year after complying with the requirements defined by IRAM and ALEA.

The Normative Reference N ° 19 defines the conditions that must be met by public gambling regulatory bodies and private organizations authorized to exploit gambling to implement and improve a quality management system.

In the Rio Negro organization, on this occasion various processes of raffles, prize payments, inspection, communication, customer service and interested parties, economic and financial management, commercialization through official points of sale, among others, were re-evaluated to verify which continues to maintain its quality standards.

The group of auditors made up of members of the Argentine Institute for Standardization and Certification (IRAM), highlighted the focus on continuous improvement maintained by Lotería de Río Negro and highlighted the level of analysis, measurement and evaluation of the information presented.

In addition, they distinguished the technology used in the sweepstakes to ensure transparency and security.

The Director of the Integrated Lottery Management System, Sebastián Fermanelli, said that “in a short time we made great progress and we are very happy that they have noticed, we obtained very good results in the audit and this is due to the great work team.

It should be noted that at present there are three Argentine lotteries have this certification: IAFAS of Entre Ríos, IJAN of Neuquén and Lotería de Río Negro.
