Details: The New York State Gaming Commission (“Commission”), on behalf of the State of New York (“State”), and as operator of the New York Lottery program (the “Lottery”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to invite interested Vendors to submit Proposals to provide industry-specific consulting and project management services to help the Commission transition from its legacy internal control system that operates on a mainframe (“Mainframe ICS”) to a third-party internal control system (“New ICS”). It is anticipated that one (1) contract will be awarded as a result of this RFP.
