Details: This position provides customer service to Lottery players and retailers by explaining claim procedures and/or independently resolving Lottery players complaints. It also provides sales and customer support for the regional sales counter and regional vending machine and is responsible for the security of the back office including the warehouse at all times.
This recruitment will be used to fill multiple vacancies.
You will be assigned a fixed schedule with 33 hours per week. The anticipated shifts are hours between 10:45am – 6:15pm on Sunday and hours between 11am – 8:15pm. Mon-Sat. You will get two days of in a row, not to include weekends.
This position is provided benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision).
This position requires you to perform work on-site at a Lottery facility.
