After being incorporated in California in 1978, the company began operations in 1979. In 1993, Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Ltd. became a major shareholder of ILTS, providing substantial resources for continued growth and expansion. In 1999, Berjaya increased its stake in the Company. Effective December 31, 2014, ILTS is a private Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berjaya. This has allowed ILTS to continue delivering world-class system design, delivery and support along with first-rate installation, maintenance and training services to racing, lottery and government organizations worldwide.
