Ksa Supervisory Agenda 2023: Risk-Based Supervision for ‘Playing Safe’

February 9, 2023 | Government
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (February 3, 2023) — In 2022, the Ksa will have further developed risk-based supervision, as a result of which risks will be better identified and supervision can be focused on the most important priorities.
A supervisory agenda has been drawn up for 2023, partly on the basis of these findings (pdf, 93 kB)

In 2023, the Ksa will pay extra attention to the following themes:

  • Control of duty of care/addiction prevention
  • Combating illegal online offers
  • Visibility in the physical domain
  • Compliance with (changed) advertising rules, in particular with regard to young people
  • Data Delivery Compliance

In risk-based supervision, supervision is deployed where the risks are greatest. For example, where signals about possible abuses come in or emerge from investigations. A structured and systematic approach is needed to be consistent in setting priorities.
