What You’ll Do

  • Analyze data to identify valuable insights, industry trends, business opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Craft and present compelling narratives and detailed reports, synthesizing information for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in the development and adoption of industry-leading business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations effectively.
  • Oversee various research-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Adapt to emerging business needs and handle various ad hoc duties as required.
  • A data-driven individual who is passionate about finding insights through data.
  • Self-starter who can work with little supervision, is dependable, and highly detail oriented.
  • Able to effectively communicate with various levels of management, both internal and external departments, adapting communication style to effectively convey information.
  • Able to analyze and summarize complex information in a simplistic and meaningful way to create compelling reports.
  • Post-secondary education within Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of previous applicable industry experience.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Able to manage and complete multiple projects with various deadlines and priorities in a results-oriented environment.
  • Experience in creating, conducting, and analyzing surveys.
  • Experience leading projects and/or teams is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Understanding of AI tools and their application in data analysis is an asset.
  • Lottery experience is a plus.

Qualifications:            

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or more of the following: Marketing, Advertising and/or Business Administration, Sales Management, or a closely related field.  A Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration is desired. Qualifying experience can substitute for education. Must have a minimum of five years of professional leadership in sales management, gaming product development and management, product marketing and advertising, and/or public relations. Certification in Project Management is highly desirable.
