Responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of the agency security and quality control plan and policy. Assists with conducting retailer and player fraud investigations and operational security inquiries, traveling as needed.  Oversees and manages agency disaster recovery planning and testing. Performs duties as the Multi State Lottery Association (MUSL) Rule 2 Administrator.  Act as primary liaison with Lottery vendor personnel with respect to system security, audit, quality control and performance monitoring.
