Mifal Hapais, The Israel Lottery, wishes to contract with a supplier for the production and supply of instant lottery tickets (physical tickets made of cardboard) with online barcode verification and inventory management supported by the online system of IGT Global Services Limited (including the ES Instant Ticket Processing System (IPS) 3.2 component of IGT).
In order to fulfill the aforementioned, Israel Lottery intends to conduct a competitive procurement procedure between qualified suppliers with appropriate experience.
