ZEAL Announces Changes in the Supervisory Board
Kenneth Chan succeeds Marc Peters as a board member
Hamburg, February 06, 2023. At the request of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE, the leading German online provider of lottery products, the District Court of Hamburg has appointed Mr. Kenneth Chan as a new member of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Marc Peters, who has resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board. The court appointment is valid until this year’s Annual General Meeting of the company.
Kenneth Chan is the Managing Director of Working Capital. He is a graduate of Yale University.
