Peter Norman New Chairman of The Board of Sweden Gambling Monopoly, ATG®

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (June 9, 2023) — Peter Norman is the new chairman of the board for AB Trav och Galopp (ATG). He succeeds Bo Netz who, with today’s general meeting in ATG, is leaving the board after five years as chairman and a total of 12 years as a board member.

Peter Norman, 65, was appointed by the government on Thursday as the new chairman of the board for ATG. Today, Peter Norman is, among other things, chairman of the board of Oscar Properties Holding and the Royal Academy of Music, as well as a member of Nasdaq Stockholm. Peter Norman has previously, among other things, been Minister of Financial Markets, CEO of the Seventh AP Fund and Director of the Riksbank at Sveriges Riksbank.

– ATG continues the work of securing the long-term development of the sport of trotting and galloping by offering games in a responsible manner. I look forward to working with the others on the board and management with the company’s future development, says Peter Norman.

At ATG’s general meeting, two new government board members were also elected to the board; Eva Listi, among other things expert in digitization issues at the Ministry of Finance, and Marie Osberg, among other things board member of Almi and Collector Bank. They replace Agneta Gille and Birgitta Losman.

ATG’s outgoing chairman Bo Netz hereby completes his time on ATG’s board.
