Swintt Unleashes a Five-Reel Force of Nature in Electric Elements
Sought-after software provider’s ambitious and eagerly-anticipated release sees players draw on the powers of earth, wind, fire and water to electrify their Free Spins earnings
Malta (June 21, 2023) — This month, hotshot software provider, Swintt, is advising players to brace themselves for an electrifying gaming experience as they unveil the latest all-action addition to their celebrated slot selection in Electric Elements; a new cluster pays title that’s fully-charged with features.
Played out across an elongated 5×7 set of reels, Electric Elements is perfectly proportioned to be enjoyed on mobile devices in portrait mode and features a deep space/elemental guardian theme. Among the entirely unique line-up of symbols to appear in the game, players will find icons depicting the elements of earth, wind, fire and water as well as the powerful celestial beings that embody them.
As a cluster pays release, Electric Elements doesn’t incorporate any paylines, but instead requires players to land groups of adjacent symbols that will then explode from view as new ones drop down to fill their place. This popular game mechanic is made all the easier to trigger by the addition of substitute wilds and the presence of four powerful elemental boosters that can be activated each spin.
In order to trigger an elemental booster, players simply need to land symbol combinations containing at least 25 instances of the same icon to completely fill its element metre in a single spin. Thanks to the ongoing nature of the cluster pays mechanic, however, these symbols needn’t all be contained in a single win but can rather be spread across multiple wins in the same turn to make filling the metres much easier.
Each elemental booster applies a unique bonus effect to the reels and multiple boosters can be triggered at once providing their element metres have all been filled. Earth transforms a number of symbols into the same random symbol, while wind blows all instances of a particular icon off the reels completely and new symbols will cascade to fill the reels. Fire, on the other hand, transforms all occurrences of a random symbol into substitute wilds, while the final element, water, will instantly wash away an entire row to start a symbol cascade.
Should players successfully fill all four element metres in a single spin, they’ll also trigger Electric Element’s main Free Spins feature. When this happens, they’ll be able to choose from five Free Spins modes that balance the number of spins against the value of the booster selected, with everything from 16 Free Spins with the wind element active to 3 Free Spins with all elements in play being offered.
If they prefer to take a direct route to the Free Spins, players will also be happy to learn that Electric Elements includes an optional Buy Feature button that grants immediate access to the bonus for an additional stake. Those accessing the Free Spins via the base game, meanwhile, will be aided in their quest by a 4×4 element wheel that can appear on any spin to instantly fill one random element metre.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “Make no mistake about it, Electric Elements is one of the most exciting and ambitious releases that the team at Swintt has worked on to date and we’re delighted to now be able to give the slot its eagerly-anticipated debut at our partner casinos.
“Featuring an engaging cluster pays mechanic and a lucrative quartet of elemental bonuses that can be triggered in any combination on any spin, the game should certainly appeal to the new, mobile-focused generation of slot fan as well as those who simply love the rush of richly rewarding Free Spins.”
