BIRMINGHAM, U.K. (September 1, 2023) — The Gambling Commission has suspended the operating licences of In Touch Games Limited (operating licence numbers 002091-R-104264-033, 002091-R-104264-033 and 002091-R-104264-033) as it carries out a review under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act).

In accordance with section 118 (2) of the Act the Commission has determined to suspend the above operating licence.
