Licensees Must Notify Changes in the Ownership Group, Board, Management or Representative

Strängnäs, Sweden (March 27, 2024) — All licensees must report it to the Spelinspektionen (Gaming Authority) no later than 14 days after a change has taken place in the ownership group, the board, the management or the representative.

Notification of change can be made on the form:

• Notification of change in natural or legal person according to chapter 4 of the Gambling Act.pdf
• Fee for registration, see chapter 15 of the Gaming Ordinance.

According to ch. 4 § 11 of the Gambling Act, a licensee must no later than 14 days after a change has taken place in the circle of persons referred to in ch. 4. Sections 3 and 4 of the Gaming Act notify the change to the Gaming Authority.
