Traumhausverlosung: Germany’s First House Raffle Has Launched

Hamburg, 01 August 2024 – Germany’s first raffle of a real house has launched: Traumhausverlosung brings an international trend to Germany by raffling off a luxury property on the Baltic Sea that is ready to be moved into.

“We are delighted to be organizing the first real house raffle on the German market with our Traumhausverlosung,” says Stefan Harder, Managing Director of Traumhausverlosung. “We are picking up on a trend from abroad. It all started with private home sellers who raffled off their properties instead of selling them. There are now professional house raffles in many countries. We are proud to be now bringing this trend to Germany.”

The special thing about Traumhausverlosung is that players make a contribution to supporting social projects with every ticket sold. Selected charitable organizations are supported with each house that is raffled off. The charity partner of the first dream house is DKMS. The amount donated to DKMS through the dream house raffle will be announced after the first house raffle.

This is the first Dream House

The first property to be raffled off by Traumhausverlosung is a detached house with a beach view in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and offers four bedrooms on 139 square meters of living space. The property covers 733 square meters and includes two terraces and a garden. Interior design experts have furnished the house with high-quality furniture and accessories.

Strong plans for the future

The first property of Traumhausverlosung is guaranteed to be raffled off in November this year, regardless of the number of participants; the second house will be launched immediately afterwards. In the long term, Dreamify gGmbH plans to raffle off up to 6 houses per year with Traumhausverlosung. There will also be interim prize draws for cash or cars.
