Muntinlupa LGU Collects P488K from It’s Share of STL Sales from July to September 2022

MANILA, Philippines (January 11, 2023) — According to local media reports Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon received a lotto and small town lottery (STL) check worth P488 thousand from Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Mel Robles on Wednesday, January 11.

 

 

Leading Newspaper the ‘Manila Bulletin‘ reported that this was the city’s share of lotto and Small Town Lottery (STL) sales from July to September 2022.

The Muntinlupa local government unit (LGU) had also received over P1.6 million worth of lotto and STL shares from the agency last December 29.PCSO noted that Robles is prioritizing the turnover of lotto and STL shares to National Capital Region local government units (LGUs)  to help strengthen their support for PCSO gaming products.This will bring more funds for its charity services such as the Medical Access Program, PTV Donation Programs, and Institutional Partnership Programs, it added.This initiative was in compliance with PCSO’s mandate of allocating 30 percent of its income to charity services.
