RvIG to Carry Out Major Maintenance on the BSN Register of the Dutch Government on17, March

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (March 11, 2024) — On Sunday, March 17, 2024, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, the RvIG will carry out major maintenance on the BSN register of the Dutch government, the BV BSN. During maintenance, the BSN register will be unavailable for two hours to check data.

When checking with BSN, Cruks checks the personal data transmitted in this register. This check is not possible during this maintenance. As a result, Cruks will not be able to perform Cruks checks with BSN during this maintenance. These checks will give an error message during this period. The other types of Cruks controls work as usual.

For arcades and the physical casinos of Holland Casino, new players may be admitted without Cruks control during maintenance. These players must still be checked in Cruks once the maintenance has been completed. Players who already have a Cruks code can simply be checked in Cruks, and may be admitted if they are not in Cruks.

For online gambling providers, new players are not allowed to create an account during maintenance. Players who already have an account and are in possession of a Cruks code can simply be checked in Cruks, and may be admitted if they are not in Cruks.
