Details: The purpose of this position is to coordinate sales and operational activities and programs with the Corporate Accounts Managers and to drive sales by developing, coordinating and executing sales initiatives that ensure ongoing retail development and sales growth. This position will also oversee the Georgia Lottery vending program, as well as the Retailer Wizard portal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction to the Georgia Lottery corporate sales development effort.
- This includes updating the corporate sales development plan on an annual basis in order to maximize sales and profits to Education.
- Manage the GLC’s vending program.
- Develop and manage In-lane initiatives.
- Supervise the Corporate Account Executives’ ongoing account service quality and ensure proper communication (written and oral) between accounts and the lottery.
- Participate in the development and deployment of an online retailer application.
- Continually identify specific targets for new business locations and strategies to approach these locations.
- Establish sales goals for key accounts and work with them to develop customized merchandising and promotion programs to increase sales.
- Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions
Bachelor’s degree required, with seven to ten years of sales and marketing experience. Must have experience in leading, training and motivating sales personnel (and preferably retailers). Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite are required. A valid GA driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record is required.
