Summary: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals to implement and operate a full-service Gaming System that:
- Will meet the current and future needs of the Agency for the length of the Contract;
- Is operationally sound, provides the highest level of integrity and security, and minimizes risk for the Agency;
- Provides operationally sound Retailer Point of Sale and Self-Service Terminals, supporting systems and services;
- Enables the Agency to maximize the net proceeds to the State via the Lottery Profits Education Fund for the benefit of primary, secondary, vocational and special education programs throughout the State of Ohio; and
- Ensures Conversion of existing systems with minimal disruption.
